The president Asif Ali Zardari was on a European trip when his country was hit with a major rain disaster. The rain has caused the water level to raise with fear that the dam might not be able to hold the force of the water. Also, it has caused major bridgets and roads to be wash away and landslides blockage of major roads leading into valleys. This has caused thousands of people to be left stranded and in need of food, medication, drinking water, and unable to be rescued. It has been stated the second major disaster since the earth quake in 2005. Due to this disaster so far there has been more then six million people affected by the flood and 1500 have died.
